Features:
- This lightweight helmet features a thermo-injected shell incorporating a special polymer blend with varying degrees of thickness, engineered to provide the optimal combination of impact protection and low weight.
- The lightweight outer shell is constructed from a technologically advanced, impact-resistant thermoplastic and is available in three youth shell sizes for a precise fit.
- The helmet weighs 1060g when ECE certified and 1170g when DOT certified.
- Separate shell versions meet DOT and ECE requirements. The DOT-certified version features a composite fiber layer assembled between the outer shell and EPS liner for enhanced impact protection.
- The fit can be tailored to the rider’s head with crown and cheek pads, available separately in different thicknesses.
- The two larger youth sizes share the same EPS size, allowing the helmet to be configured to the next size as the rider grows by changing the crown and cheek pads.
- The smallest youth size features a smaller EPS liner and can be customized using cheek pads.
- Alpinestars’ extensive research supports a dedicated fit for the smallest riders, helping provide appropriate comfort and protection for very young children.
