Returns & Refunds

We stand behind everything we put the Nitrous Racing Supply name on. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we're going to make it right. Here's how it works.

 

The Basics

You have 10 days from your delivery date to contact us and start a return. After that window, we're unable to accept return requests. To kick off the process, reach out to us at info@nitrousmotorsports.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Don't ship anything back without hearing from us first — unrequested returns won't be accepted.

 

What We Accept

We accept returns on items that are:

- Damaged or defective upon arrival

- Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

- Wrong size or color (if you change your mind)

Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.

 

What We Don't Cover

We don't accept returns on:

- Items purchased with included giveaway entries

- Wrong size or color selected at checkout — double-check before you order 

- Gift cards

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take additional time to post it. Questions? Hit us up at info@nitrousmotorsports.com.
