The Nitrous Outlet 2.5lb PowerFlow Sport Nitrous Bottle combines lightweight aluminum bottle construction with the industry-leading PowerFlow Sport .355" billet bottle valve to create a compact, high-performance nitrous bottle designed specifically for powersports and lightweight racing applications.

The bottle is manufactured from seamless extruded high-strength aluminum alloy for maximum durability while maintaining an extremely lightweight design. Finished in a durable black powder coat, the bottle is protected against scratches, corrosion, and harsh racing environments. Weighing only 4.45 lbs empty and 6.95 lbs full, this bottle is ideal for motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other compact performance applications. Compact dimensions of just 4.375" diameter and 14.18" total height including bottle nipple allow for easy installation in tight spaces.

At the core of the system is the Nitrous Outlet PowerFlow Sport billet bottle valve featuring a massive .355" internal flow path — making it the highest flowing powersports-specific bottle valve in the industry. Designed from the ground up to eliminate restrictive flow paths and fragile internals found in traditional bottle valves, the PowerFlow Sport valve delivers maximum flow, durability, and reliability in harsh riding conditions.

The CNC machined billet aluminum valve includes a traditional handwheel design for smooth operation, a glow-in-the-dark nitrous pressure gauge, and NHRA blow-off fitting. Configurations have the option of leaving out the internal pickup tube, making it ideal for applications requiring the bottle to be mounted upside down.
